Aryza announces two senior appointments in Canada and North America as global expansion continues
Aryza, expert developers of software solutions for the insolvency, credit and debt recovery sectors, has appointed two new senior hires in Canada and North America.
Mark Roberts as head of business development Canada and Tanner Forster as chief technology officer in Canada, a move that further strengthens the global position of the company. With over 12 years’ experience working in the UK and Canadian financial services and debt restructuring sectors, Mark will oversee the expansion of the Aryza offering across the Canadian marketplace.
Tanner, a data scientist and full-stack software developer with experience in both start-up and complex corporate environments, has worked with some of Canada’s biggest financial institutions.
Both will be responsible for rolling-out Aryza’s ever-expanding suite of products, designed to cover the entire lifecycle of credit and debt. Commenting on the hires, Colin Brown, CEO at Aryza said:
“It’s great to officially welcome Mark and Tanner to Aryza, with both bringing extensive experience and skill to the team. Having expanded our global footprint significantly over the past two years, it’s exciting to have Mark and Tanner on board and I look forward to seeing our continued growth across North America and Canada.”
Having secured an office in Toronto, customers will benefit from access to a global team of product managers and developers, with unrivalled knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. credit and debt markets.
Discussing his recent appointment as head of business development Canada, Mark Roberts said:
“With the number of consumer and business insolvencies rising, it’s essential that Licensed Insolvency Trustees are able to handle an increasing number of cases. Having worked across the UK financial services and debt restructuring sectors, I’ve seen first-hand the powerful role technology plays in helping businesses better support those in financial difficulty, able to improve how cases are managed and – ultimately, ensure more positive outcomes.”
Committed to developing digital tools to help Canadians and Americans better understand their financial health and access fair credit, Tanner Forster said:
“Having launched a software start-up during the COVID-19 pandemic, dedicated to providing on-demand, personalised debt advice, I’ve seen the important role Licensed Insolvency Trustees play in helping individuals and businesses achieve a more positive financial future. It’s certainly an exciting time to be working in the Canadian Fintech industry and I very much look forward to working alongside Aryza’s global team of developers.”
