Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.
Introduction
We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is made on behalf of the Aryza group of companies pursuant to the section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Action 2015 and comprises our slavery and human trafficking statement.
Organisational structure
Aryza are a customer-focused provider of compliant and efficient software solutions for the global Credit and Debt Recovery sectors. This statement applies to the Aryza Group.
Aryza comprises of: Aryza Ireland Limited, Aryza UK Limited, Aryza UK Services Limited and My Money Options Limited, are wholly owned subsidiaries of Aryza Holdings Limited. Aryza Holdings Limited is a limited company registered in England & Wales with Company Number 11002926 and Registered Office Address of 11-12 Hanover Square, London, England, W1S 1JJ. Aryza Connect is a trading name of My Money Options Limited. My Money Options Limited and Aryza UK Services Limited are limited companies registered in England & Wales with company numbers 11855792 and 10810071 respectively. Aryza Ireland Limited and Aryza UK Limited are limited companies registered in the Republic of Ireland with company numbers 361691 and 413410 respectively. Aryza Advize is a trading name of Hubsolv Limited a limited company registered in Scotland with company number SC470544. Aryza Lending Solutions is a trading name of Anchor Computer Systems Limited a Limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 1582278. Aryza Evolve is a trading name of Evolve Servicing Limited a limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 11042250. We are committed to ensuring that there is transparency in our business and that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and in our supply chains
In light of the obligation to report on measures to ensure that all parts of our business and supply chain are slavery free we have reviewed our workplace policies and procedures to assess their effectiveness in identifying and tackling modern slavery issues.
Our workplace policies and procedures demonstrate our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
We continue to implement and develop appropriate policies to support our commitment to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk we have in place systems to:
- Identify inappropriate employment practices.
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
Supplier adherence to our values
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we have in place a supply chain compliance programme.
To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values we operate in line with principles of responsible sourcing, including paying employees at the prevailing minimum wage applicable within their relevant county of operations. We have in place a supply chain compliance programme that is maintained by the relevant account manager or relevant management. This consists of client reviews; audit; and self-certification declarations.
Training
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business, in our supply chains and in our business partners, we provide relevant training to our staff.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st March 2022.
